Reset or Unlock your Account

If you have enrolled in the SSPR portal and need to reset your password or unlock your account, please click here.

Please see password requirements below:
  • Password must be at least 14 characters
  • Password expires every 120 days
  • You may not re-use any of your previous 14 passwords
  • Password must contain at least 3 of the following types of characters:
    • Upper-case letter
    • Lower-case letter
    • Number
    • Special character such as $, #, %, !, |, *, etc.
  • Password may not contain your name or username
